What information will I need to refinance my home?
The following information is collected with the loan application to expedite loan approval and closing. Your circumstances may indicate reduced information. Please give us a call. We will be glad to answer your questions.

Information to refinance your home:
  • Copy of your existing survey
  • Copy of the declaration page of your existing
    homeowner’s insurance policy (typically the 1st page of the renewal notice)
 For all applicants:
  • W-2’s coving the last two years
  • Pay stubs covering the last 30 days *
  • Bank & investment statements covering the last 2 months

If any of the applicants are self-employed, please provide your complete individual and corporate tax returns covering the last two years and a year end income statement and balance sheet.

* If 25% or more of the applicant’s income is derived from commissions, bonuses or overtime, please provide your complete individual tax returns covering the last two years.

If you are meeting one of our loan officers to complete the application, you will need the names, addresses & account numbers as applicable:
  • Mortgagee information covering the last 2 years
  • Current installment loan information
  • Charge card information
