Directions for printing the loan application form.

  • The loan application form is in Adobe pdf format.
  • Please use the print button on the form toolbar.
  • The standard application form should be printed on legal size paper (although you may use letter size if you can write small).
  • You may check your printer's paper selection when the print dialog box opens by clicking the "Properties" button. (Don't forget to verify the paper tray size.)
  • After the paper size is selected, check the box "fit to page" and then you should be ready to print "OK".
  • When you have completed printing the application form just close the application window.
